Recon
 
Recon teams are the backbone of The Morrow Project. By far the most numerous of teams, Recon teams were designed to deal with almost all encounters in the three to five years after the Third World War that The Project planned for. They were to aid the government structure in rebuilding, help to teach and train survivors, and aid the populace in any and all possible manners. 

As it was expected that many of mankind's baser instincts would surface in the aftermath of a nuclear war, all Morrow Project teams were armed to defend themselves and the populace at large. For Recon teams, this meant a wide variety of weapons, from personal sidearms to wheeled, armored APC's with 20mm cannons to anti-tank missiles. Though not as heavily armed as their counterparts in the MARS teams, Recon teams are nonetheless capable of dealing with most threats handily. 

The standard Recon team will generally consist of 6-10 specialists in various fields, usually centering on abilities germaine to the mission assignment. Since these missions were so diverse, almost any specialty or degree field might be encountered in a Recon team.
